  13. More info regarding a "ProgramBreak('…Id table exceeded')"…

  15. After several long debugging sessions, It turns out that a video card went
  16. south on me.  The symptom being that MacApp, and only MacApp, applications
  17. began to die during InitUMacApp (including the MacApp example programs).  I
  18. can't say why only MacApp applications were affected, but with the suspect
  19. video card disconnected things are fine.
